Privacy Policy for Clamb on Quest 2, Quest Pro, and Quest 3
Last updated: April 30, 2025
Clamb is a single-player, fully offline game developed by OP Softworks for the Meta Quest platform. We take your privacy seriously and comply with all relevant privacy regulations, including the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
No Internet Use or Data Collection
Clamb does not require an internet connection for gameplay and does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information or gameplay data. There are no ads, trackers, or analytics in the game. We do not request, store, or process any personal data.
Local Storage and Meta Cloud Backup
The game stores your progress and settings locally on your headset in an encrypted format. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to OP Softworks. However, Meta may back up this local data automatically through its Meta Cloud Backup system. This process is managed entirely by Meta and is encrypted according to their platform standards.
OP Softworks does not access, collect, or control this backup data in any way.
No Third-Party Access
We do not work with any third-party service providers, and no data is transmitted to any external servers. All gameplay remains completely offline and private.
Your Rights
Since Clamb does not collect or process personal data, there are no user rights applicable under GDPR or similar regulations. You remain fully anonymous while using the game.
Governing Law
This privacy policy is governed by the applicable laws in your country of residence.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the game, platform requirements, or applicable laws. If we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed about how your privacy is protected.
